2.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of the Website and Services, you may be required to create an account (“Account”). You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information and password. • Content creation and scheduling

• Community management and engagement

• Social media analytics and reporting

3.4 Targeted Advertising with Pay Per Click (PPC)

• Keyword research and selection

• Ad campaign development and management

• PPC analytics and reporting

4. Advertisement placement

4.1 User acknowledges and agrees that any provided advertisement materials and information will be published on the websites of 3rd party Publishers.
4.2 Subject to eligibility of the format of your ad, Fortis may place your ad on social networks, such as, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and others.
4.3 Fortis will take reasonable measures to ensure that the websites of such publishers are secure before including them into the publishing network and placing any ads on their websites.

5. Payment Process

5.1 Account Wallet: To purchase Services, you must have sufficient funds in your Account wallet. Account can contain payment vouchers or internal funds, both used solely for payments at the Website and could not be withdrawn from the Account Wallet.
5.2 Topping up Account Wallet: Wallet top-ups and buying payment vouchers can be made using secure payment methods available on the Website.
5.2 Selecting Services: You can browse and select the Services you require via your personal account dashboard. Each Service will have a clear description and breakdown of its features.
5.3 Service Provision Period: Many Services offer different terms or service provision periods (e.g., monthly, quarterly, yearly). You must select the option that best suits your needs.
5.4 Customization: For certain Services, you may customize them by adding comments or specific requirements within your account dashboard.
5.5 Payment and Checkout: After selecting your desired Service and any applicable customizations, proceed to checkout. You can only proceed if your Account wallet balance has sufficient funds to cover the entire cost.
5.6 Confirmation and Service Delivery: Upon successful payment, the selected Service will be activated, and you’ll receive confirmation via your account dashboard. Service delivery will commence according to the selected term.

6. Right to Withdraw and Refund Policy

6.1 Right to Withdraw: If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from any contract with us within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. This right applies unless you have expressly waived it by agreeing to the immediate commencement of Services.
6.2 Refund Policy: If you withdraw from a contract, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of your withdrawal request. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.

7. Chargebacks

You may request a chargeback for Services within 30 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a chargeback, you must demonstrate that the Services were not delivered as described.

8. Intellectual Property

The content and materials on the Website, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Fortis International or its licensors. You may not use any content or materials on the Website for commercial purposes without our written consent.
